Shipping policy

Shipping

All orders ship on Mondays (or the first business day of the week, in the event of a federal holiday). Please allow up to 4 business days for fulfillment. Once picked up by the carrier, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.

We ship to all valid residential or business addresses in the 48 continental United States via UPS Ground. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

For any order or address changes, please email us at hello@cabanacultures.com within 4 hours of placing your order, and our team will work to accommodate your request, provided the order has not already shipped. If your order has already been picked up by the carrier, you will be responsible for contacting the carrier to re-route your shipment.
